I expect that some people will not be happy about this. To explain: yes, this is still The Adventues of Emo Samurai. Yes, The Adventures of Emo Samurai will still be handdrawn, and I am not abandoning Emo Samurai as a character. He is still the main character. I am not switching over to a sprite comic format... per se. The next couple comics will be done as sprite comics, and wont seem to have anything to do with Emo Samurail, but give it time. Introducing new characters is difficult.
I did not create these sprites, so I am compelled to give credit to those who did. The blue guy, Striker, is a sprite edit by Prime Op based on a sprite from Street Fighter Alpha. The red guy, Blade, is a sprite from Bad Dudes. Understand this: with a few admirable exceptions (8 Easy Bits and 8-Bit Theater), I am not very fond of sprite comics. Once this storyline intersects with the main story, there will be a return of drawn art.
